A place you can't find on the itinerary to North Sikkim but definitely a must visit. Nudge your taxi driver / guide to take you there , it does cost more but the views and the place is worth something money can't buy. I visited this place during the last week of April and there was a carpet of snow on the hills and it made for an amazing day out for the abundance of tourists who were present there. Yes it might crowded during peak seasons but the again the views you get from this place trumps all.

Oh!! Breathtaking beauty. Snow everywhere. The sunlight is getting reflected on the little snow dusts and the light is scattering into beautiful, colourful rays. It seemed like we were standing over micro mini crystals. Saw a small brook flowing from here, formed by the icy water. Which went towards Chopta Valley. The black coloured mountains and the white snow made my day. If you look higher you can see the wind is blowing the snow flakes with it. The mountain tops are even getting blurry for this. Loved this place. Hope you enjoyed this place too.
