Learn about fossils, glacier floods and the Arctic Circle with a local guide. Travel along the Tjörnes Peninsula, explore the Ásbyrgi Canyon and the Melrakkaslétta Peninsula, and finish your tour in the charming little fishing village of Raufarhöfn.
What to expect?

We start the tour by following the coastline of the Tjörnes Peninsula, after which we head east towards Kelduhverfi, south of Öxarfjörður Bay, and to the majestic Ásbyrgi Canyon.

From there, we dive into the Melrakkaslétta Peninsula and visit the Rauðinúpur Cape, Hraunhafnartangi Lighthouse, and finally the fishing village of Raufarhöfn, the northernmost settlement in the country, where the mysterious Arctic Henge is located.
