We visited Kringlan shopping center last week when we were in Iceland. We had one miserable day (pouring rain), we couldn't do anything. We took the free ride from City center to Mall. We enjoyed it. It has Bonus grocery store also in the Mall. If you happen to get stuck because of bad whether, I highly recommend the Mall. They pick you up and drop you off at City tourist Center.
