Grandagarður, 101 Reykjavík, Iceland
A cute little ice cream store with friendly staff. They had many different and unique flavours. You are given a reasonable amount for a decent price. I would recommend here if you're looking to have a nice tasting ice cream on the seafront.
Who eats ice-cream in Iceland with the extremely cold weather? Well...I did and you should try it as well! Valdis sells amazing ice cream. I visited the shop by the docks. The girl with the pigtails that sold me the liquorice ice-cream was such a nice person, super friendly and helpful! The liquorice ice cream with the infamous black cone was so yummy! If u want ice-cream while staying in Reykjavik, please give this place a visit.
Really delicious ice cream and they even have a novelty black ice cream cone that is quite unique. While it doesn’t have any exceptional flavor, the cone is still a beauty to behold. A lot of their flavors are quite sweet but they do offer options that aren’t quite as sweet such as the coffee and danish licorice which I thought was perfect. The herbal flavors combined with the slight amount of sugar with creamy rich ice cream was a fantastic combo. Reasonable pricing with fast and efficient service. Lots of parking around the area.
This place is amazing for ice cream! Friendly staff and great, fun flavors. Ask for a sample of something you want to try. I recommend any flavor in the black cones! Super cool! Great prices, too.
Bright, colorful, and cheerful with great ice cream. There was a variety of flavor options as well as cones, bowl, waffle options. The ice cream had a creamy texture and the staff were all very friendly. In a city with higher prices I was presently surprised by the inexpensive cost.
