Cocktails are fantastic. Good selection during happy hour (3pm-6pm). Mostly friendly service. Good music playing. Lots of cozy spots to sit. Great presentation. Lacking vegan options for food which sucks but I guess you can’t have everything!

Good place for lunch. Food is above average. Should always eat at lunch as prices are much cheaper than dinner. Good seafood, fresh and well prepared.

Good service at bar beer is out of this world so clean and tidy and after a cold walk about outside the bar is warm and relaxing

Slippbarinn is a great cocktail bar near the harbor in Reykjavik. It's a large space that sells food and offers a huge cocktail, beer, and wine list. They have happy hour during the work week until 11:30pm (winning) with cocktails around $10 USD (which is very cheap for Iceland). No matter your preference, they have an option for you. I ordered a version of a slushy and it was perfect and strong!

The pan of fish (today was spotted catfish) was the best fish i have ever eaten! The tomato based vegetable soup was also amazing!!!! And cant forget about the fresh bread with a sundried tomato pesto that came with the meal! I cannot recommend this place enough!
