Great hotel, not because of the rooms, which are fine and get the job done, but because of the staff. A nice, clean, modern hotel with a nice little bar just by reception. The staff is great. Chatty and helpful, and the bartenders were so friendly. Breakfast was great and very well done.

Very friendly staff and great location only 20 walk to downtown, and a great breakfast However, my only complaint is that the walls and floors are made of paper. All night long you can hear doors slamming *loud* (from the floors above you and below you) it’s woken me up from a sound sleep a few times and I am not a light sleeper!

Room was nice and clean, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room didn't have a fridge and there is no door on the shower so the whole bathroom floor easily gets wet. We did enjoy the towel warmer though.

Clean, modern and comfortable hotel just outside the main centre of Reykjavik. The room is sized just right and beds are very comfortable. Radiant heat means the rooms can get very hot so keep it turned low. The only small complaint I had was the shower is open to the bathroom and water splashes out into the sink area. Breakfast was very good with many choices and some of the best coffee I've had in a hotel. Friendly and polite staff.

typical hotel. Not much amenities. Small rooms but bedsheets were clean. I really like the towel rack that can heat up. I wash my clothes everyday and they were dry the next day!
