Definitely not pink nor red in any way so if you're expecting this - don't go. Having said that, this is still one of my favourite places in Iceland. So calm and beautiful!

A pretty bumpy dirt road to get here but worth it! It's a beautiful area to walk around and enjoy nature. The beach & meadows were probably the windiest place we've been so far so be prepared for that, but enjoy ❤️

Absolutely beautiful beach - come at low tide so you can wonder on the beach, enjoying the calm and beauty of this place
