Very organized, easy to navigate if you only speak English. As an American tourist it has lot of food your familiar with and some different. It was nice to travel the country and find Kronans with similar layouts. Made it easy to find the items that worked for us. Good for meats, snacks, groceries.

Are you looking for decent hummus? Roasted laver? Something you can easily get back home but can't seem to find in Iceland? It's very possible that Krónan will have it and if they don't well...good luck with that.

Good looking large grocery store. Large aisles and lots of parking. Prices are average and product variety is good. Self service works.

Open from 9 am to 8 pm. Bunch of parking. They have six self check out stands. Fairly good selection and fairly clean place. Prices are good. Close to another discount super market. They do, on the other hand, have a paper and plastic recycling recepticle thingy, so kudos for that!
