Comfortable nicely laid out and easy to access your respective rooms friendly knowledgeable staff. Lovely inclusive breakfast with a substantial choice of breakfast items. Excellent access to downtown Reykjavik and all it has to offer.

Clean but no hot water at 9a!! Be one of the first to shower in the morning or you’ll be showering in ice water. Water smelled like sulfur too. And parking was miserable getting in late. Better off at the Hilton across the street.

Very comfortable and cozy beds for great sleep at night time. Breakfast provided an exceptionally exquisite variety of foods and beverages to eat and drink. Staff of all kinds were very friendly and helpful at all times. Not to mention its convenient location in beautiful downtown Reykjavik, with (in some places) views of the waterfront.

Place is high end. Me and my lady were pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel and staff were. Will go back.
