This bakery looks plain from the outside and is pretty small on the inside, but you go for the bread, not the appearances. There were nearly a dozen breads to choose from and a good selection of pastries. Everything is vegan, but in a natural way - only flour, water, and yeast. In addition, the lady running the shop was extremely friendly and helpful. Service alone is worth the five stars. The bread was absolutely delicious. Make this a stop if bakeries are your thing!

Excellent bakery, best one I have been to in Reykjavik (maybe because it’s exactly like a German bakery which I love). Great selection and good prices!

Perfect breakfast: Flaky croissant and coffee. The lady made us 2 lovely sandwiches on freshly baked bread and we took some pastries to go. Kept us going until dinner. Very good quality.
