This store has a welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Einar Sveinn in particular. He didn't pressure me into buying a running jacket but was helpful. The only reason I cannot give this store 5 stars is that it took 4 same size (medium) jackets to find the right fit. One was longer in the torso and one in the arms. Lesson learned from this - ensure you always try on their garment that you're about to buy.
