What to expect?
The route takes you around Agalas, Kiliomeno, Iperagakos, Louha, and Gyri plus
a journey by road around the Vrachionas mountain range. Be sure to have your
cameras ready when you stop at the highest point on the island, where you can
take in breathtaking views of the whole of Zakynthos.
During the day, the jeep passes through the village of Exo Hora before
stopping for lunch in the picturesque area of Kampi. After lunch, you will
pass through Maries on your way to Anafonitria. You will have the opportunity
to stop off for shopping at the local craft stalls to sample and purchase some
of the local wine, honey and olive oil.
Making your way from the north of the island through Volimes and ending the
day at Makris Gialos where you will stop off for swimming, so don’t forget
your swim wear.
