Hidden oasis in the middle of Monastiraki. If you can find the entrance, you will be welcomed by a lush courtyard, casual seating, strong drinks, and good service. The vibe of this place is 10 stars. I feel lucky to have literally stumbled into the best hang out spot in Athens. I happened to spot the entrance completely by chance when I was wondering down one of the alleys. Wonderful place. Highly recommend.

We went on a Nighttime Bar Tour with our guide, Nikos, who was wonderful! This is one of the local places he took us too and we loved it!

Cozy cafe-bar with the most crazy-hidden entrance in a side way of central Athens! Loved the ambience (cement, trees), enjoyed the art exhibition on the walls. Music is awesome, not too loud, and the prices are OK

Probably the coolest bar I saw in Athens during my time there. The music they played was amazing and the atmosphere was very nice. A very mixed crowd but in a good way. I had a delicious cocktail before moving over to a few beers. Definitely check it out if you're in the area!
