Good food, good service. We visited 2 times in a 4 day stay in the area. The taste was much much better than many other places we ate in Chania.

This is a must restaurant to visit if you are in the area looking to eat fish (mainly). It's one of the oldest in the area and it is definitely worth the visit. There are options for everyone in the menu, everything is delicious and the portions are large.

I have been coming here for years and the reason is because the food is excellent and the entire experience is pleasant ... the cafe next door for coffee and breakfast, the restaurant for the main meal and the beach of Marathi in front of you. The beach gets crowded as does the restaurant so definitely reserve a table for lunch or dinner.

Excellent seafood, good prices, very fast service and kind people. Try the mussels with safran. The portions are decent.

Greek taverna, right in front of Marathi sandy beach. Local dishes, good service, nice atmosphere. Suggested for families.
