Apostolou Pavlou 17, Thessaloniki 546 34, Greece
Good place to learn about Turkish history in Greece. It’s free entrance just open the metal door at the entrance. You have to sign a paper with your name and country. There is a garden outside and inside is fresh! 3 floors to visit. It’s worth it! Not crowded
The museum is full of knowledge about Turkey. When visiting the place, you are officially in Turkey so you can say you visited 2 countries at the same time. There is no entrance fees, just push hard the metallic door on the side to enter. It's well maintained. You can spend 30min to 1h to visit the place.
The iron gate at the entry can be pushed back, if not, just ring the bell. It's free for everyone. For Turks there isn't much new inside but for foreigners it's definitely worth a visit. What surprised me most were the transcripts and grades of him throughout his study life. He was truly a unique person in the history.
This is Embassy of Turkey in Thessaloniki as well as Museum of Ataturk. The entrance is free and you are able to wander around and look at photos, videos and other artefacts and personal belongings of Ataturk. If you are into history, I highly recommend it.
This is a sacred place for us... I was lifted with the feeling being in there... Thinking Ataturk was raised in this house with his parents... Thinking he touched the same walls... It must be experianced...
