Hans-Böckler-Straße 80, 45127 Essen, Germany
The only things this place has going for them is the free parking and a large selection of mid to upper range furniture. I was looking for a specific type of coffee table for the living room. The ones I found seemed unreasonably high priced for what they appeared to be. Yet the only way to find out what type of materials and finishing demanded such prices, was to ask a salesperson. After walking around the entire 1st floor for half an hour, I could only spot one salesperson, already busy, and no one else. It was like a ghost town. No one around. Decided to go up to the restaurant for a cup of coffee. Same thing. No one manning the cash registers. No thanks. Last time I was here was 10 years ago. Now I remember why I hadn't come back in the meantime. I'd suggest the store worked on their service staff availability. I understand that economically sometimes it doesn't work out as well, but a place like this with these prices shouldn't be staffed like a freaking discount supermarket. Then again, couldn't find someone to complain to.
A good to buy house holds from here.
Today i bought a beautiful kinderwagen to my little kid. The price was good. And the employee was friendly.
Very large choices and very good quality furniture for your home
- The kids playground is only open on Saturdays up to 19 o'clock and there are VERY few kids allowed in the same time; - The kiddies corner, up at the restaurant floor, is devastated; - prices are waaay to high for almost anything; + Big variety; + parking access; + Good and cheap food in the restaurant; + Not too crowded;
