Am Kurpark 7, 96231 Bad Staffelstein, Germany
Really friendly staff, rooms air conditioned and spacious. Excellent experience with Kai GraB and Lena Eschenbacher who were my most amazing bar staff. I watched them work tirelessly all evening in 29 degree heat producing cocktail after cocktail to the customers exact needs. I had to give them the recognition gold star for their efforts. It's often the skills behind the scenes which make the experience.
Well thought, well applied, backed with the beauty of the nature. I really liked the environment of the hotel, having a small walk near the lake was a nice experience. I realised that i missed taking nature photos :) The room is elegant and everything is very comfortable, even the bathrubs are soft :) The tea is coming with a sandtimer, you dont have to look for the waiter, you just touch the light on your desk. These are easy small but nice details improved my joy. The hotel also rents bikes to go around. The pools are elegant and warm and feels good too. I didnt try the sauna yet I will stay 2more nights and have been loving it so far Ps: staff is also professional. They have a kind but distant communication. Helpfull but not really, just there to apply the rules Ps2: Hotel is a little bit expensive, bike rent is 10eur for example for a couple of hours and its not possible to rent for less time. But in general, i loved the place
excellent junior suite comfort and great service at breakfast.
Great quality, very kind staff, even got a huge breakfast box on the early morning
Great place to stay if you are visiting Bad Staffelstein or Lichtenfels. Very close to train station. Helpful staff. Spacious rooms with amazing views from balcony.
