Macaron Cooking Class
Their colors are in all Parisian pastry shops and tend to be impossible to miss. Trendy, irresistibly delicious, & often given as gifts, macarons are the quintessential Parisian treat. On this tour, you'll be able to find out just what makes this confection "tick" as you learn how to make some of your very own!
What to expect
Under Chef Frederic's watchful eye, you'll get to discover all of the culinary secrets necessary to succeed in making these delicate pastries. The class takes place in the kitchen of a private apartment, with family utensils and equipment, so that you can easily make them at home.
Two flavors are chosen and cooked by the group among the following ones:
- Chocolate and cocoa
- Lemon
- Raspberry with tonka bean
- Coconut with milk chocolate
- Coffee
After the class has ended, you'll be free to take your creations home and share them with your friends. A copy of the recipe is remitted. Class from 3 pm to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday, from 2 to 8 participants.
Kids: Kid rate from 6 to 11. Adult rate from 12. However, a macaroon class can be very difficult for young child!

- While children are allowed on this tour, visitors are warned that these classes can be quite challenging for youngsters!
- Minimum group size of two, maximum of eight
- Kids rate from 6 AM to 11 AM, adult rates start at 12 PM
