What to expect?
Finland is a land of extremes, with miles of rugged, unspoiled landscapes, a population dominated by reindeer, and a mix of ski resorts with enviable snow all season long. Levi is the leading ski resort in Finland, which are practically guaranteed to have snow for the whole season. The skiing season starts in October and ends, at the latest, in May. You’ll find 43 pistes to fit every skill level at Finnish ski resorts.
Levi ski resort is located 170 km north of the Arctic Circle and Rovaniemi City, approximately 2 hours from the city center. Before the skiing, you will be provided with winter clothes, ski equipment, and ski pass. The resort has a great variety of slopes and ski lifts. Levi offers downhill enthusiasts everything from kids’ runs to black slopes. You will enjoy 5-6 hours of winter journey in Levi before the guide drive you back in Rovaniemi.
Levi is Finland’s only ski resort where there are alpine world cup level slopes. The alpine world cup racing for both men and women are held at Levi every November.
