Canoeing Trip To Reindeer Farm And Husky Park Visit
Canoe through Rovaniemi’s rivers and spectacular scenery! This trip is suitable for everyone, including those who have not canoed before. Our canoeing trip also includes a stop at the husky and reindeer farms.
What to expect?
The trip begins with a visit to the husky farm. You will be able to meet these beautiful and energetic huskies and spend some time with them. After, you will head to the lake for some canoeing.
Canoeing is a safe and relaxing way to sail through the river and enjoy the surrounding forests. The canoeing continues to the local reindeer farm, where you will join with two herders to feed the reindeer.
You may take pictures with the reindeer and listen to the herders, Ari and Sampo, tell you a little bit about their lives as herders. You will also be served hot drinks and snacks by the fire.
