We stayed at a couple of hotels in Cairo and this was the best for security, service, great rooms, foods and location. Staff were outstanding as well. It is a large international hotel group. Loved the lobby flowers. If you charge your food bill to your room there are added charges on top of service and gov charges. While not material it would have been nice to have known.

Very beautiful rooftop with excellent service. In general the staff of the whole hotel is really friendly and courteous. I didn’t have a reservation on a Tuesday evening but there were many free tables. I highly recommend enjoying a drink with that beautiful view.

I have been to some Hotels in Cairo, and this one is really the best so far... The room is spacious, clean, all amenities you might ever need. Nice interior design, good condition, huge bathroom, big windows... The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is delicious... Couldn't be more satisfied

Best hotel in Cairo. I would not stay anywhere else. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Mr. MAZEN, MICHAEL & AMIR! They treated me as if I was family and the hotel was amazing. Great pool area, gym, breakfast and it had everything you could ask for. I will definitely return!

Amazing view of the city; both front and back with the Nile and Tahrir square. Vallet takes a lot of time to get the car, which they sometimes park outside the hotel. Overall experience is great. Great rooms. Great food. Great hospitality.
