My stay in the hotel (for a week) was really comfortable. Hotel Staff was kind, attentive and very helpful. Good things: Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Room service (Cleaning, Laundry) was attentive and prompt. Breakfast was delicious with sufficient varieties to chose from. Fitness centre was well equipped. They also have massaging service, pool area, music n orchestra to relax (not yet visited but will visit these soon 😅) Hotel located at tahrir square so lot of places including food, cloth, museum to visit nearby. Things to note: No openable window within room. Hotel and it's Location is well crowded. So only peaceful place is your Room.

Like the hotel standard and service. Helpful receptionist and room service. Great location Only down side is the extremely crowded area near Al-tahrrir round. And don’t use google map to get here, it take you to totally different place.

New Property in the heart of downtown Cairo next to historic El Tahrir Square, Cairo Museum and Nile river front. Location is excellent, so was room comfort and buffet breakfast. However their service was slow including the checkout. Had to explain them a lot about the Minibar non consumption to avoid unnecessary billing for products not utilised. Washroom and Room was super neat with all toiletries. Swimming pool seems okay. Varieties and taste in breakfast is definitely a high.

The rooms were clean and the staff cooperative. The breakfast is good, but a larger variety of food could be added. However, the rooms lack a Nile view, the swimming pool is relatively small, and a major problem with the rooms is that the windows couldn’t be opened!

Good, good as well to forums. Hotel has big hall, with powerful AC. Hi level security services, sounds system is hi class. As well translation language for international conference. Catering is fast and tasty. A lot private rooms for private negotiate. Hotel is in city center, walking distance for everything.
