Galae Square, Ad Doqi A, Dokki, Giza Governorate, Egypt
Love this place after the renovation. Especially the club floor and club rooms ! Service is great and so are the food venues. You have six different places all under one roof ! Big pool and a spa as well
Beautiful and comfortable hotel. My tour group only spent a few days here but it was a great way to start off our vacation in Egypt. The rooms were posh and everything was immaculate. We had a decent view of the pool and the Faisal Islamic Bank Building. The Sheraton Cairo is technologically up to date. My roommate and I took turns sitting out there and relaxing for a bit. The A.C. in the room cuts off when you leave the door to the balcony unlocked. There must also to be a card in a slot by the door to keep the lights in the hotel room functioning. This is my first hotel where this was necessary but it made sense. Bathroom was nice and predominately made of marble, you have to be extra careful when stepping into and out of the shower. Marble does get slippery when wet. Some members of our travel group actually placed a towel inside the shower to lessen the chance of slipping. The shower stall and the tub are separate, such a pity I didn't get a chance to use the tub. This hotel is a bit unusual in that it seems to have 2 lobbies, one that exits to security and the street/parking and then the second one where you have reception/check-in and a comfortable sitting area. There's is a hall of sorts that leads to the other portion of the hotel where you will find a restaurant/club , the casino and we lead you with and elevator ride up to the breakfast buffet. It is a complicated layout but it seems to work, but I would prefer clear signs (Arabic & English) instead of bothering the staff. The room carpeting seemed to be steam cleaned every time we left the room for the day; I would assume this was done to prevent that Cairo grit from staying in the carpets. On our last morning the Sheraton prepared box breakfasts (as requested by our tour guide) for our group on our way to Luxor. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for accommodations while visiting Cairo.
Quite hotel in a great location, the staff are supper friendly, there are around 3 restaurants. Highly recommended for families
The views are amazing and the staff are excellent in the reception onthe 26th floor and at the entrance. The food in the Egyptian resturant is wonderful. The room was very spacious but it needs a lot of care from the maintenance department. In term of painting and loose fixtures including the room door.
Very great one in great location. It has a place for coffee and drinks. It is amazing.
