Wonderful. Truly truly the best. Staffs are kind, smiling, polite. They call you by your name. They run to open the door for you and carry the bags for you. Rooms are enormous, we loved the chat system to talk to hotel staffs by WhatsApp. It is too convenient. We can’t recommend this hotel more.

Pomp and opulence on the Nile ... The place speaks of great architecture in every nook and cranny. Service is impeccable and staff very friendly. Everything is neat and tidy, clean and spotless to the extent of being a nuisance at times (had to wait for 5 minutes to get the clear to gain access to the restrooms on the first floor !). F&B is great but a tad less than that of the Four seasons Nile Plaza.

Superb luxury hotel. Huge comfortable rooms. Staff everywhere to fetch and carry. The best hotel swimming pool and gym I've ever seen. Restaurants are exquisite (but a little pricey). The height of luxury.

What can I say about this place other than it was BY FAR the nicest hotel I've ever been to. While not as dramatic looking as places like The Mena House, it was very tastefully decorated and oozed amazing customer service. The staff was amazing, the rooms, incredible and the bed, oh my God the bed. Last time I slept that soundly I think I was still in my mother's womb. I am one of those people who live by the philosophy of, "I'll have plenty of time to sleep when I die". For the 1st time in the 48+ years I've been a resident of this planet we call Earth, I wanted to nothing but lay in bed. I don't know what that mattress was made of but I have to figure out how to get one! Now that Cairo is bustling again and hotel rooms are selling for much closer to what they are actually worth, you will find that the price difference between a Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton etc. and this hotel is negligible and the level of service, while not bad at the other hotels, is nowhere near that of the Four Seasons Residence. This is now my new favorite hotel and will always be the 1st choice that I offer my future clients when recommending a hotel.
