We had dinner at Saigon Restaurant. The food was delicious, very good quality. The service was friendly & Professional. It is overlooking the Nile but indoors so it’s always convenient regardless of the weather outside.The ambiance is romantic, there was live violinist. But still suitable for friends & family outings. It is Reasonably priced, actually I think it’s cheaper than many other places.

Amazing property, situated in the heart of Cairo and by the banks of the Nile river. Very tight security which is always a good thing. The lobby atrium is massive and absolutely stunning. The rooms were maintained well, make sure if you're a nonsmoker that you ask for a non smoking room. The staff are abundant, very attentive, friendly, and speak english very well. Sarah in Concierge was super helpful with everything and made us feel like home! There is also a bank on the lower floor for money exchanges, as well as a tunnel to the adjacent building. Stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect after long days of excursions. Highly recommended.

This is our second stay at the Fairmont. It's truly a 5 star experience from the time you arrive to outside, you are greeted with a warm welcome, the lobby served delicious guava juice refreshment as we waited to check in. They allowed us an early check in without complications. The concierge was very receptive and helpful. Our room was a 2 notches above the rest. Nice bathroom, very comfortable sheets and pillows, and can't forget the lovely views of the city and NILES. 5 star spa experience and restaurant. This hotel has maximum security for your safety, bank, mall and casino, live entertainment, club, and roo top pool. You will find all you needs met at the Fairmont!

Very comfortable beds and walk-in showers. The rooftop pool is a great amenity. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is the best one I've had.

Incredible views of nile river. Friendly staff with incredible service. Nightly entertainment was a lot of fun!!
