Very comfortable rooms. In room dining was amazing. While checking out we found extra charges that where from the mini bar and late check out which was incorrect and this is not the first time I find added charges that does not belong to me

This 5 star Hotel is very nice, the Breakfast outstanding and indoor restaurants all very good. My only criticism was the check in, we arrive in the early hours of the morning 1.30a.m....our booking was for 3 people, they gave us a double room with only a double bed. We informed them that we needed another room with an extra double bed...they said the extra bed was being sent up.....we paid for 3 adults not an extra small bed...however the bed arrived at 3.00a.m...a total nightmare. We had a tour the next day at 5.00a.m..so we only slept a couple of hours. The next day when we returned from the tour we complained and they finely gave us a room with 2 large beds....which is what they should have given us in the first place. Also the swimming pool really, really small for the 600+ rooms the hotel has. To get a sun bed you have to wait and the staff gave preference to the locals...this happened on 2 occasions, so we didn't go to the pool again. The staff in the bar were really nice and the piano music was exquisite. Take care with booking a taxi at the entrance, they wanted us to pay 20$ per person for a 10 minute ride when the real cost was really less than £30 Egyptian pounds for the full taxi which is around £4....for the ride not per person.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful, especially Ibrahim, the concierge. Hotel room is very comfortable, although certain things require a little maintenance, like the shower in my kids room. Overall, a wonderful hotel
