I had the good fortune to stay here for one night only in August ‘19. It was so so nice! Absolutely fabulous location along the Nile. The hotel is an old palace with additional wings for rooms added on. The original hotel is fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to satisfy. The breakfast buffet was very filling and had a large array of options. Highly recommend. The pool is great and FYI- if you want a cocktail you better be thirsty - liquor drinks come in 1.5L options only except for frozen ones. Nice if you’re not solo. I was so it was too much for me !
We ate in the outdoor Garden cafe. I had mushroom chicken fettuccine. The mushrooms were fresh and the chicken moist. I really enjoyed it. Hubby had the burger. It's a generous size, he couldn't eat it all. Good value for money. The Garden is lovely in the evening, it has a nice ambience. We've also had breakfast here, also really good food. Highly recommend it.
Well, its a great hotel to stay at!! The location and food was amazing. Service is quite good and receptionists are very helpful and friendly. Im giving it a 4 stars as they allow hookers to get in which is a thing that might not be appropriate for a 5 stars hotel.... one more thing, you will find everything in this hotel from facilities to restaurants with different cuisines and entertaining activities
So fancy place, I really liked the place and how the lobby is so fascinating. The place has a lot of great restaurants and casinos. The staff also are great and well trained as for what I have seen. Also, the decorations and how fancy and overwhelming they are. I loved the place to be honest and hope I can stay there again and enjoy it in a good time and good accommodation. However the place needs to be more understandable with signs of where to go and how to reach your room or how to get to a certain place in the lobby. It should be more smart oriented.
Nice international atmosphere, good food in garden restaurant. Fast service. A bit expensive.
