this hotel is slightly over rated, though the hotel seems luxurious, the rooms are old, with old rugs, even in style. food is very good, and it has a long coast side with beautiful sandy beach that you will enjoy. it is a massive hotel so going from one side to the other represents a challenge, especially for old people. pool and restaurant are very good. i think the value is too high for what u get.

I highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Been twice, going back a 3rd time and many more times too. Haven't found better. Fully deserving of 5 stars on here ☆☆☆☆☆

Very grand hotel. Really peaceful. The beach is clean and calm at the little bay in front of the resort. Service is good especially at respetion. Standard rooms are spacious.the view over the garden is refreshing. Food of standard quality. The service at the breakfast buffett is mediocre.

Amazing resort that we didn't want to leave!! Get the all-inclusive premium package --- you won't regret it. The resort was amazing, the staff was friendly and offered outstanding customer service, and everything you need for shopping, dining, and entertainment is right on the property. There are also opportunities to take day trips to Luxor (4 hour drive one-way) or Cairo (45 minute flight one-way) if you're wanting to explore more of Egypt. Last but not least, when it comes to paying for any "extra" services upon checkout, please keep in mind that there will be multiple resort fees and taxes that you'll need to account for in your financial planning. Enjoy your vacation!

BEAUTIFUL PLACE IN PARADISE! This resort was nothing less than Amazing! Rooms definitely could use allot of upgrading, but the property grounds, restaurant options, Red Sea, swimming pools, swim up bars, etc, made up for it. Beware of bad customer service, especially if you previously visited Cairo and Luxor, and were treated with outstanding customer service. Several of the travelers with me complained about the customer service and the lack therefore. People in this area are a little more privileged than the poverty stricken areas of Cairo and Luxor, and you can definitely tell. I actually noticed it during my negotiations before arrival. They were not very helpful, nor willing to assist. I ultimately had to book all rooms through a 3rd party as a result. If you looking for quality, it's here. But, be aware of bad service and mediocre room accommodations, although they are very large in size.
