Itinerary
Day 1: QUITO/GUAYAQUIL – SAN CRISTOBAL
Stop At: Airport Isla San Cristobal
The guide will pick you up at San Cristobal airport and take you to the hotel.
After a nice Ecuadorian lunch, you have the time to visit Playa Mann, Las
Tijeretas or Punta Carolina yourself. You will be welcomed by the hundreds of
Galapagos sea lions that live in the village.

Day 2: SAN CRISTOBAL HIGHLANDS – EL JUNCO – PUERTO CHINO
Stop At: San Cristobal
Today you will visit the highlands of San Cristobal. Your driver will take you
to your first stop in about 30 minutes: El Junco Crater Lake, the only
freshwater lake on the Galapagos Islands. Then you continue to Puerto Chino, a
beautiful white sanded beach (lookout for horseflies). Follow a path that
leads you along the cacti of the Opuntia until you reach the white sandy beach
of Puerto Chino. Here you can take a short walk along the lazy sea lions that
lie on the beach, towards the blue footed boobies on the rocks. You walk back
to the car so you can continue to La Galapaguera, a breeding ground with very
nice wooden walkways and clear indications.

Day 3: FLIGHT ISABELA – MURO DE LAS LAGRIMAS – WETLANDS
Stop At: Isabela Island, Isabela, Galapagos Islands
Early in the morning you go to Isabela with a flight of 30 to 40 minutes.
After dropping off your luggage and enjoying the village a bit, go on a
mountain bike or simply walk to the Muro de Las Lagrimas. Along the way you
have a great chance to see the giant tortoises just next to the road.

Day 4: SIERRA NEGRA VOLCANO – KAYAK PUERTO VILLAMIL
Stop At: Sierra Negra, Isabela, Galapagos Islands
Early in the morning you will be picked up and driven to the highlands. The
first stop during your walk is the Sierra Negra volcano, which is the second
largest active crater in the world with a diameter of 10 km. The second part
of the walk takes you to Chico, a cone of Sierra Negra with moonlike
landscapes. This gives you an idea of how the islands looked at their
creation. At the end of the afternoon you will make a leisurely kayak trip in
the port of Puerto Villamil, this takes about 1.5 hours.

Day 5: CHARLES DARWIN RESEARCH CENTER – SANTA CRUZ HIGHLANDS
Stop At: Charles Darwin Research Station, Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz,
Galapagos Islands
At 06:00 you take the public speed boat to Santa Cruz Island, where you will
have breakfast. Then you will visit the renowned Charles Darwin Research
Station. In the afternoon you will visit the highlands of Santa Cruz with the
giant turtles. The ride takes about 40 minutes from the village of Puerto
Ayora. You take a small walk of about 30 minutes on a private ranch and you
see the big turtles in their natural habitat. In the evening you have a
farewell dinner.

Day 6: TRANSFER OUT
Stop At: Baltra Airport
After breakfast you will travel to Baltra airport. The tour ends on arrival at
