It was absolutely fantastic! The staff are excellent and I enjoyed every moment here! My only criticism is that the food wasn't very fresh most of the times, I strongly suggest you get the freshly fried prawns and fish by the chef who cooks it in front of you, it's seriously nice! Also leave the staff tips, they work very long hours and really make the experience great!

We had a wonderful vacation, a week of relaxation, beaches and plenty of good times. Housekeeping was impeccable, block three is the rooms that you want to have, the ocean view is incredible. Front house staff was incredible we got plenty of help and tips from Iris, Jorge the waiter was incredible as well, get to the buffet early for breakfast the fresh bread is a must!!! Bring your peanut butter :-)

This resort is absolutely beautiful! All the staff go absolutely above and beyond to make your stay that much more enjoyable! The beach and the water the the bluest I have ever seen! Would recommend anyone to come here! It’s worth the experience!

I just returned from a weeks vacation at Playa Pilar and seriously cannot wait to go back!! The resort is beautiful, clean and the staff are amazing, very welcoming and accommodating!! It felt like paradise from the moment I got there!! The food is delicious at both the buffet and the snack bar and the drinks were always cold and refreshing!! This is by far my favorite resort I've visited in Cuba this far!! Highly recommend this resort!! I know I'll be back very soon!! Thank you to all the hardworking staff for making this vacation the most enjoyable one yet!! ❤
