Spent a week here a few weeks ago. It's a beautiful resort but needs to be managed better. Service is so so but my family can't say the same... they had a very horrible experience. Bartenders refusing to serve them drinks and saying that there's no more. Sounds ridiculous for an all-inclusive resort! Toilets don't flush all the time and the ACs do not work that well in some rooms. The cats are cute but the cat poop smell is a turn off especially when you're hanging around the pool. Food is okay but they need to organize it better. Lines are too long for the grill so it always feels like I'm in line forever. The only things I really liked about the resort is how close and walkable it is to the beach. Beautiful beach with white sand! Wish there was also more activities.

The best part of this resort was the staff. The staff was amazing and gave us one of the best rooms on the resort, also service was fast and reliable. It also isn't a huge resort so walking from the room to the lobby is really quick. Overall good place especially for family.

I visited with my friends during the off season so it was very quiet at the resort, which was nice. The staff is very friendly and the pools were nice. The rooms all have balconies with great views and the beach is just a very short walk away. The food selection is very diverse and you can always find something that suits your tastes - my favourites were the beef stew they had a few nights, and the fruit flambe they could make you during dinner. Also the Cuban restaurant was fantastic - I had the lamb, really recommend it. Overall a great experience.

Just needs a little bit of work but it was a pleasureable stay. Food was good just needs a little bit more of variety. The beach is very exceptional and the it was a nice white sand.
