We have just returned back from this resort and had a really good time. There is not much to choose from the the buffets but service is good and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is lots of entertainment around the pool and on the beach and the staff are really friendly! A lovely first experience in Cuba, would definitely return! X

We've just returned from our 6th time to Melia Cayo Guillermo and another very pleasant trip. As always the entire staff has left us with fond memories.They always have a smile for you and make you feel so welcome. Their hospitality is second to none. Thank you to General Manager Carlos who more than once took the time to talk with us and ask if there was anything we needed. We had no issues during our stay. The food was always fresh and well prepared. Our room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. There was never a want for anything. Congratulations on a job well done. Looking forward in returning again.

Super friendly staff, very tasty and rich food. Very good atmosphere Bars and drinks very good. The hotel looks clean.Amazing beach and landscape. Daytime and nighttime Caribbean style animation. I will return for sure

Great holiday, but hotel needs some tidying up. A lick of paint ( which was being done) a few repairs need sorting, but Carlos has got that all in hand) some issues with the rooms, but that also was sorted. Food not bad at all. But on the whole a good place to be. Atmosphere is great. Staff are very attentive to your needs. Close to the sea. Fabulous view especially of the lightning in the evenings. Just make sure you take a mosquito repellent with ZEET in it as they are very active in the morning and at night. They do also spray at these times too.
