What to expect?

After meeting your guide at the port, drive towards the beautiful town of Motovun. After a story about truffles and truffle hunting tradition in a traditional family house, you are served three typical Istrian brandies; honey brandy, mistletoe brandy, and cherry brandy.

When you open your appetite it’s time for truffle delicacies such as Istrian cheese with truffles (three different types), sausages with truffles, canapes with truffles, truffle honey, truffle oil, scrambled eggs with fresh truffles (which are prepared in front of the guests, so they can participate in the preparation), and a surprise dessert.

You will also get to enjoy trying to hunt down the truffles yourself, joined by a member of the host family through the nearby forest.
