We just popped in here on a rainy day and were met by the wine maker and his friend who had just finished a day of pressing the white wine, was lovely sitting with them and hearing the stories of the vineyard. The head wine maker is only 26 and started making wine when he was 16! Highly recommend making a stop here!
The small winery just out of Rovinj makes you forget all the tourist in town. You get delicious wines and goat cheeses with vineyards and sea in the background. If you want to relax after being in the city, this is the place to be.
Discovered Collis purely by accident and dropped by 1 hour before closing. The host were very gracious and allowed us to stay well past closing. The wine included in the tasting was very nice and the sommelier was quite knowledgeable. We also had some homemade goats' cheese and donkey sausage which paired nicely with the wine. Also got to taste test their extra-virgin olive oil. Prices reasonable. It's a must if you're in the region and enjoy wine.
A beautiful place, delicious and refreshing wines. Everything they serve is grown in the property (cheese, olive oil, and sausage) as well as the wine—it’s made in small batches and tastes unique from most wines I’ve had (and delicious)! The hostess was so friendly and explained everything thoroughly, allowed us to take our time sampling everything (and gave generous pours!) We stopped here on a drive right off the highway and highly recommend!
Nice & cosy location with a view of the ocean in the background. The wines were fruity & light with refreshingly moderate alcohol levels. Some truly delicious wines! A shame that we can’t buy them at home.
