I visited on a Sunday at 1:30 pm.... perhaps that's the reason for my bad visit, given that all other reviews talked about a lot of the things that I saw... but couldn't experience. Since we got in, the girl on the reception was very apathetic not welcoming, she was the only one there... We went in and it looked that the museum is set to have a very dynamic and interactive visit with workshops, tastings, video games etc. we experienced none of that. When asked to the lady the reason, (just wanted to know if perhaps I went at the wrong time and could come by later), it was evident she simply didn't want to work. Really nice place, bad service.

The place is so great. I got double enjoying, because I had fun and I had opportunity to learn smth new about history etc.

Wonderful "history in movement" on the top of Motovun! Suitable for children, families, friends....we had a lot of fun, thank you!

I visited with my family this beautiful and interesting centre in Motovun! It was really nice, we learned how to make homemade istrian pasta, and also learned a lot about Istrian and Motovun history..recommend it to everyone!
