We were really looking forward to find a non touristic local restaurant in Croatia and that was the closet we found. It's a family restaurant with lots of love and care. The dishes are from different parts of Croatia and are really tasty.
One of my first meals in Croatia, and still my favorite after spending 3 weeks there. Really interesting breakdown of different regional cuisines that you can mix and match. The pork belly and truffle cheesecake were fantastic. The portion for the pork belly was enormous! I also got the frog legs, which were good but not as good as everything else. Service was very friendly and personal. They fit me in for the night even though they were all booked. Highly recommend this spot. Make sure you get a reservation. They also take card!
We loved this stop on our way to Dubrovnik! There waiter was so nice and explained everything in great detail. His mother makes most of the foods or creates the recipes. Everything was delicious and they even packed up dessert for us since we were too full to try the Imotski cake while we were there.
Exceeding! An offer of 5 menus in one, each focused on the typical dishes of the different Croatian regions. Good choice of foods for every taste, the menus can be mixed at customers preference... I recommend the "poor man's dish" and the "cheese tasting" plate with black truffle honey. Very kind waiters, suggesting a good wine to go with the dinner. Preferable booking in advance, we had to wait shortly in the lounge before being accommodated.
Fabulous setting overlooking the water edge. Food was extremely tasty with superb service. Heading back again this week
