A cave worth visiting! The cave itself was nice, quite a bit of different things to see. I would say the most interesting of the cave was seeing 2 little cave creatures swimming in a small pool, deep inside the caves. They do walk around freely, but from my understanding, they do move them to a place where visitors can see them if they wander too far off. Our guide was doing the tour in 2 languages: Italian and English. At first this seemed like it was going to be a bit annoying, but it ended up working out perfectly. The smaller group of Italian people went in front, allowing the guide to explain things in Italian first. This gave the rest of the group plenty of time to calmly head down the stairs as well and gather around. The guide spoke English good, allowing us to understand everything she was explaining. There is enough parking space, a nice place to sit down in the shadow on some benches with tables where you can eat / drink some of the things you brought, as well as a small cafe where you can order a drink or a sandwich. Felt like the area above and below ground was well maintained and held clean. Overall a very pleasant and positive experience 100% worth the price.

The magic of nature in an extraordinary journey in the belly of the earth. You will descend many stairs underground amongst the most ancient rocks and landscapes. A steady temperature of 22°C all year long. Dress accordingly. The English/Italian guide of team Proteo was really good and fun to listen to.

Beautiful caves, lots to see, the tour guide was super. Had to wait an hour for the tour in English but there was a large exhibition area to visit so the hour flew by. Also a cafe and loads of seating. Definitely not suitable for elderly or disabled, 270 steps down, then back. Some narrow steps and low roofs but good strong handrails all the way.

Very nice experience if you have never visited a cave before. Very accessible and easy to visit with kids. The tours are guided by friendly staff who try to do their best efforts to inform you about the caves. I recommend to be aware that if the weather is bad, this place is a busy destination. The staff is well prepared, but it is not fair to blame them on not being capable to maintain the level of good service.

Great visit. An excellent guide (Jenny) on our cave tour. Really interesting. Enjoyed a sandwich in the cafe and a very welcome cold drink when we came out! Good exhibition and wonderful view.
