Really good Italian style pizza located in the Old Town. Nice walk to get there. Small place, friendly service. At night it can be really crowded. Lot of different pizzas, but try the simple classic ones as Italians do. One star less due to the lack of wider choice of quality beer (for me a must with a pizza, don't really care about wine). Reasonable prices.
Queues outside this little place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday so we went early on Sunday evening and got a table. Be warned they only have about 8 tables and it is very popular. There is a great range of pizzas on offer and all four we had got completely eaten. Happy with everything apart from at payment time we discovered it was cash only. Bit annoying for us, but not the end of the world - and the pizzas were great!
Da Sergio is very well advertised, pizza is really good, no complain at all. Place is super crowded, most likely you will end up waiting outside for free table so you can have a seat. With such crowd you are feeling pressured to eat in a rush and there is no real joy being here. There isn't anything really authentic at this place, pizza is good, eat and go. If you are looking for something really authentic, super warm hospitality please visit Restaurant & Pizzeria Adria which is just down the road. Staff is super nice and pizza is great! V
From my 12 year old son: Great service. Great music. The ratio from crust to cheese is perfect. Great flavor. Best pizza we’ve had in Croatia. Felt like little Italy in that regard.
The pizza was pretty good! The waitress seemed to be a little curt and you can only pay by cash. It actually gave me a diarrhea - might have been the chili oil!
