What a wonderful tour and the almost all volunteer work is beyond amazing. I've been to lots of zoos and wildlife centers and this one stands head and shoulders above them all. Our tour guide, Becky, was knowledgeable, interesting, and inspirational. And the babies... Monkeys and sloths...enough to melt the hardest heart. Committed to saving animals and returning them to the wild....go out of your way to see this one.

Superb tour. Amazing work that this center is doing. Our guide, Sarah, was excellent. Really phenomenal experience for our whole family. Our 6 yo was happy the whole 90 min tour and our 3 yo for most of it! Super close to the animals as you learn about the rehabilitation work. Wonderful people doing amazing work.

Spectacular mission, very professional organization, informative lovely tour. Our excellent guide was Luis. Easy walk through their sanctuary/rehab center. Some places to sit and rest occasionally. 1.5-2 hours long. Highly recommend.

We loved the tour given by Luiz! He was super specific, knew everything about the animals and had great stories to share. Don’t expect a zoo - it is not! It is a rescue place, a safe place for animals and listen to what happened to them it is the most important part! We were glad to be able to help the place by paying the entrance fee.

A must see! Incredible information tour with guide Pablo and concentrated view of wildlife that you would perhaps not see even on a lengthy forest stay. The work that this organization is dedicated to and accomplishes is astonishing! If you are planning ahead for your trip to Costa Rica, do look at their website for needed items to bring with you to donate.
