Christmas in London

Although it may not be the snowiest of places, London is certainly brimming with holiday spirit in the days before Christmas. I've been there a couple of times just before the holidays and always had a wonderful Christmastime.

Bars and restaurants 🥨

Here are a few bars and restaurants in London where Christmas spirit is guaranteed:

Nína:This pub is famous for going OVER THE TOP when it comes to Christmas decorations. Never seen so many Christmas trees piled up on one building. Really, you have to see this.

Nína:Before Christmas every year, this hotel/restaurant opens up a pop-up Christmas cocktail bar called the Miracle Bar. They have tons of decorations and Christmas-themed cocktails (that are also delicious). Highly recommended.

Christmas Markets 🎅🏻

Is there anything more festive than visiting a Christmas Market on a cold December evening?

Festive Activities ⛄️

A few things that will enhance the holiday vibes.

Nína:Such a festive activity, for kids and adults. Just be careful when you skate, you don't want to spend Christmas in a plaster cast.

Nína:Check out the Christmas program at the church St. Martin-in-the-Fields. Usually, there's a selection of concerts and other festive things going on there.

Shopping for Christmas presents 🎁

It's always tricky to find the right presents, but here are a few stores I tend to visit before Christmas if I get the chance:

Nína:Great for fancy accessories, such as socks and scarves. To be totally honest though, I usually get sidetracked and end up trying on a ton of things for myself 😑
