Absolutely enjoyed a hardy and delicious Chinese dinner at the Western Lake Seafood Restaurant. The food was very well prepared and were large portions, the service was outstanding and the ambience was welcoming. The restaurant was packed, like most days, but they were attentive to all of the patrons. Definitely a good place for good quality Chinese food.

Delicious seafood! Our family came for dinner for the first time and really enjoyed the food. The set seafood dinner for 6 had a diverse variety of dishes and really satisfied our taste buds. Love the salted egg deep fried crab.. Mmm!! Would definitely come back. Making a reservation in advance is a must!

Food was amazing. Big portions! If you go on the weekend it’s free Parking. I would suggest calling on Sunday, we didn’t know that we had to reserve a spot. Only reason for the 4 start rating. But was so worth the wait. We had so much left overs to bring home for another meal. Staff is super friendly, which is really different than other places I have gone.

I came here for a family outing and is very happy with the service and quality of food! I’ve tried many king crab dishes and this is one of my favourites! They made the fried rice and also a noodle dish with it. It’s delicious and all their food was great quality for the price. Peking duck is delicious and had a lot of meat which is satisfying, the skin is flavourful and is crispy, you would have to ask for more wraps near the end. One of the waiters named peter was friendly, kind and is always laughing with a good sense of humour. Made it more joyful to eat.

Been coming here since I was a teen for dimsum and for dinner. Great prices, big portions, and delicious food. It does get very, very busy, especially on Sundays. Make sure to call ahead (we called the night before) to reserve a spot. Service is really fast as well. Parking can be hard to find, though if you're lucky enough, they have a couple of spots in the back. Highly recommended!
