A great place to sip drinks and snack on delicious food. I tried a few of their cocktails and they were very pleasing. The smokey drink was a little intense for me, but still good. They have their own line of vodka, whiskey etc. The maple whiskey was so good! We had the pork tenders which are confusing to the brain. They look and feel like a mozzarella stick, but it's pulled pork instead, still a must try. The girl next to me had Asian lettuce wraps that looked very tasty. The bartender was awesome, entertained my 1000 questions about tourism, kudos to Rob! I'll definitely be back, hopefully in the winter. You won't be disappointed here.

Didn't have any food, but tried a number of samples and a cocktail or two. The Observation Peak cocktail is quite good. Maple Rye is good but too sweet. Use it as an Old Fashion base with some bitters to offset the excessive sweetness and you'd have a good cocktail. But otherwise was underwhelmed with the rye. Didn't have any vodka...maybe tomorrow. The gin was pretty good. Slight preference for the bourbon barrel aged version. Spruce tips are the juniper substitute and it works for me. But they seem a bit one dimensional and need something to carry the flavor longer on the palate. Not bad though, and good for mixers. You probably won't want it in a martini though... better for G&T.

Great cocktails, good appetizers! Just stopped here quick for a drink and a snack with family. Really liked the atmosphere and the unique cocktails made their own gin and vodka! Had delicious Pork Fingers and Shrimp Lettuce Rolls. Little expensive, but it's definitely an neat experience and I'll be back in the future!

Nice vibrant distillery with refined “pub food”. I really enjoyed the atmosphere with rustics decor but bright and relaxing. Staff are friendly and the food considered good for a tourist location. The Gin and Vodka distilled at location is good but not exceptional. It was a good experience and a great place to hang out with friends. Recommended.

Beautiful Experience. I went with 15 people from work and we had a family style dinner. Everything was delicious. Peter was our server and was an awesome guy. Austin was the tour guide and did a phenomenal job. Make sure to be careful doing the tasting because it is 6 shots of liquor. A daunting task! Their espresso vodka was so good! i wish we had that in the states...
