A wonderful and fascinating resort. Lots of history. The best part of the hotel is the excellent and well trained staff. They were always ready with the correct answers and always looked for a way to go beyond the expected to help us. When we were leaving and waiting for our ride the bellboy staff asked who we were waiting for and got us to the right place and collected our luggage while we waited indoors where it was warm. Well beyond what we expected and it made a nice touch to our stay.

Absolutely awesome time at the Fairmont Banff Springs. We attended for friends’ wedding. Beautiful venue. Great food. Good drinks. Breathtaking views! Building and rooms are also gorgeous.

This is a really cool hotel. Very large and easy to get lost inside. Plenty of restaurants and shops. Food is very good. Views are terrific. Location is very nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. This is a delightful hotel. However, it was built almost 100 years ago and the rooms are on the small side but it is a grand old place!

What a wonderful experience. The hotel have been updated with all the amenities you want but it still has the original charm. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is conveniently located and it's easy to get around town. Lots of great restaurants and some gift shops. We will be back for sure.

The Fairmont Banff Springs hotel is a marvel in it's own! The architecture is amazing throughout the property. The staff very friendly and informative. You are treated like royalty and feel like it when you step through the doors. I have stayed once before and keep going back just to walk around and be amazed.
