Great Lodge, Great Service, Great Quality. The lodge is located is a great spot. If you’re going to the slopes is conveniently less than a minute away from the lifts. The room was nice and clean. The king room was comfortable. They were able to check us in early too (at 11 AM) and gave us complimentary storage for our bags while we waited for our shuttle to go back to Vancouver the day after.

Great lodge in the heart of Whistler Village. Close to the lifts restaurants and amenities. The rooms were nicely renovated and modern. The lodge is dog friendly and allowed our four legged friend and even provided a nice welcome package. Overall a great place to stay in Whistler. Only complaint is the dated and slow elevator however not a big deal as there aren't many floors.

Stayed mid week in September. Booked through a 3rd party website (Hotel Tonight) and were given a room with two double beds upon check-in. Cost to upgrade to a king bed was $13 which still ended up being cheaper than if we had booked direct with the hotel website. We had a dog with us and one of the reasons we chose this hotel was that there was no extra fee for the dog. Someone from the hotel staff even met us outside our room to give us a dog bowl, treats and a blanket. Parking underground was $24. Rooms were modern and clean.

It was amazing experience . great customer service with smile. so pleasant environment surroundings.. this thanksgiving long weekend was so wonderful at this place..thanks guys... see you at Christmas..

Awesome location truly Village Centre.. Walk everywhere...room sleeps 6 so excellent for family or 2 couples who get along very well...full kitchen is adequate...staff were super. Drawback is swimming pool is behind the Spaghetti Factory and you will be passing by the restaurant indoor or outdoor...robes are a must...rooms at the back overlook The Village Stroll so it is noisy...ask for a front room with veranda...air conditioned and gas fireplace for heat...very comfortable and spacious for 2
