I like staying in this place since the room was comfortable, clean, the food was delicious, good location, staff was helpful and have an outstanding hospitality. Regretfully, I can only give this place 3 stars since air conditioner not working very well (AC was very cold in our room and it seems that we cannot change the temperature although we tried) and hot water in my room was not always available (sometime I can only take a cold shower). Which also make it impossible for us take a hot bath as the hot water will only available for couple of mins.

Nice place, supportive staff, breakfast is acceptable. One thing I really don’t like about family rooms is that, “No curtains or doors for bathroom, it’s just an open space.”, it’s not reasonable, even though it’s a family room but we have young and old people staying together. Another thing is about mosquitoes, oh my god, if you have kids you have to be very careful, they clean the rooms but they don’t spray to kill mosquitoes.

I had a great time at this hotel! It’s definitely very relaxing and I felt like I was in peace and solitude. I love how spacious the rooms are, the nice open layout of the bathroom, and how the service was so friendly and welcoming. It is only located about 7 minutes from the Main Street and areas of town.

I love this resort! Please whenever u r in cambodia, siem reap please stay in this resort. It is calm and beautiful! Love terox! The stafff are so nice and helpful! They will served welcome drink which is i like so much . I arrived a bit early and they are so helpful and allowed us to check in early. The staff is da bomb!! Please increase their salary! They have really good hospitality! For the room, they are very spacious and i love their deco! The toilets is beautiful. My bath tub is outside and i didnt use it as i am scared someone saw me. Hihi.lol. Overall i love this resort. But it is quite far from city. Took around 5-10minutes to arrive if u r using tuktuk. For tuktuk u can ask the staff to find it for u! If u r from airport u also can arranged free transfer from airport to resort! Btw enjoy your stay! Recommended resort!
