ul. "Serdika" 5, 1000 Sofia Center, Sofia, Bulgaria
Theae are the ruins of the Roman city of Serdica form 1 -3 AD discovered between 2010 and 2012 while doing works for the expansion of the subway system. It's an open air museum with notes in English and it is pretty impressive, great job of restoration
Amazing peace of ancient ruins in the center of Sofia. The complex is build in and interconected to the modern architecture and infrastructure of the city. A mast see place in Sofia, which bring historical spirit to the tourist and the people just crossing the area.
Ancient ruins but well preserved. Entrance free of charge.
Big teritory of Roman remains with church Sv.Petka on left, nearby CUM and metro station
Nice to take walk around once. But nothing much. You will most likely pass this way anyway when you visit Sofia, so might as well take a look at the Roman Ruins.
