From the patty to the sauce - it's all good. I think they found the right balance between all the ingredients so it really tastes good. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and service is good. You cannot go wrong with Skaptoburger. Keep up the good work guys!

Great burgers and probably the friendliest staff in Sofia. The home made fries were no crispy, hence 4 stars. Did not accept cards when we there. So bring cash.

My wife got the basic burger, I got the house burger, and we split a large order of ranch fries (along with two 500ml beers). Overall the food was good, and filling. The burgers were nice, and had good toppings. The fries were crispy and real potatoes!  As standard they seem to cook the burgers medium or slightly medium rare. I'm sure you can ask for a different temp, but I realized this after they served us. Not a mark down for them, just be aware if you like a mid well temp.  The ranch sauce was more of a tangy yogurt dip with dill. Quite nice, and kind of a local take on ranch. The service was very friendly, server spoke English, and food took very little time to arrive. Prices were very reasonable. We got two burgers, a large fry, and two 500ml bottles of beer for $20 USD.

Loved the branding. Loved the art. Loved the cute interior. Loved the mission statement. Loved the mural on the bathroom. Loved the staff. So much potential! The food itself though, was unfortunately the only bad meal we had in Bulgaria. One burger was burnt on the outside, the other had barely been cooked, and the small patties were hard to find underneath the bread. The fries with cheddar -- imagine cheap nacho sauce from the movie theatre on top of fries. If you love that, you might like them. If you are expecting melted cheddar, it will be disappointing. We figured it could have been a language barrier in our understanding, so we just decided not to eat those and order a batch of the plain fries. The only way to describe them is: soggy. And to top it off, the beer was warm. 🤷‍♀️ Maybe we went on an off day, or maybe we've just had exceptional luck with all our other meals on this gorgeous country, but hard not to be disappointed in the quality, especially for the price point.

The meat of the burger was very nice and potato fries was very delicious. Especially the ranch sauce was incredible. On the other side, burger bun was too thick, but they have iceberg bun options if you like. İn addition, restaurant was too too hot:)
