Ok service (compared to Remedium near bul.Vitosha). Very narrow line for queue - I'd say cramped. The cosmetics department is 3 times bigger than the pharmaceutical. The pharmacologist was ok, but not too polite. Good thing about this chain is that they have on stock (not much though) some rare meds that are difficult to find in regular pharmacies, not even in those part of malls. Prices are very high.

Staff needs to be instructed about the importance of professional respect to be shown to customers which I believe will take care of the arrogance as a standard in this chain of pharmacy corporation
