Nice piece of Eastern European architecture here in Sofia, a short walk from the centre. The golden dimes are amazing when they catch the sunlight. You are able to go into the church for free and look around the intricately painted walls and ceilings, but to take photos or videos of the inside you must pay a small fee at the entrance. You can also buy candles to light inside. Definitely worth a look as it’s really quite beautiful.

Magnificent Architecture and a Cathedral that definitely worth a visit. Located in city centre of Sofia, walking distance from metro/train station. You’ll be amazed with the beauty of it in every angle. As you can see on how much photos I took :). Very peaceful and it’s also good not to take photos inside as sign of respect. Just pray and see it to yourself the actual beauty of it. Beautiful paintings, colourful and well decorated Cathedral. For someone who is into history, arts, architecture - never miss this place for a visit

Worth seeing this famous cathedral in Sofia. The architecture and colours are wonderful. It is free to go inside but you cannot take pictures unless you pay 10 Lev for a permit. The building is more interesting on the outside than the inside. Inside it is very dark and there are some religious paintings on the walls. On the outside, the gold is pure gold.

One of the best sight in Sofia. The symbol of this city for some reasons. First of all this church isn’t as old as it seems like, but it worths all the praises! This type of architecture is a typical style on the Balkan. I saw this church on pictures for several times, but in person it’s more monumental. I think this is one of the great example to visit the Balkan and discover every small country in this region. Lot of tourist having a bad reputation about the Balkan countries. After my visit I can say that, look beyond those bad reputations and explore these amazing countries for your own!!

A stunning place makes you held your breath while looking at it. In regards of the tourist attractions, better to go in the early morning or later in the night. So you can have a good photo ;)
