Nice rooms, good size, beds are comfortable, amenities are below average. Breakfast is good. Team is very careful with their guests. Fitness center is well equipped, but small. Pool area is nice, great views, but pool itself is very small. The hotel is well located, several restaurants, pubs and even a mall around the hotel.

I would stay here again. The nightly rate and the location were solid. The room and facilities are clean. Some normal/irritating wear and tear in room 902 was evident (card slot for energy saving was not functional - card in/out no change. Buttons for DND & service not functional. Shower Towel rack would always fall apart when you touched the towel. That soap dish 🧼 placement is silly 😜). Facade of hotel was under maintenance; however, this did not affect my stay. Staff was friendly, multilingual and efficient. The 🚿 shower size and water pressure were excellent!! 🙌🏽

Great, predictable comfort. Stayed here in 2012 on my wedding night. Still holds up. Great service. Connected to Mohinos Mall for shopping, coffee, meals. Close to the park and swank Rua De Padre Chagas...

The hotel itself isn’t a big deal. In fact, it was quite disappointing to me because since I used to live in Porto Alegre, the hotel always had a fame of the best hotel of Porto Alegre. The room decoration is quite outdated, the pool is awful and the gym needs a complete replacement of equipments. However, the staff is very nice and always ready to help and please you. And the best of all on my opinion is it’s location, right next to “Parcão” a famous local park where families spend time on the weekends and on any spare time and is also in front of a famous local street which is full of fancy bars/pubs and restaurants. Not to mention the shopping mall attached to the hotel which gives you easy access to any shop needs. Below some pictures from the 21st floor (it also have a great view). Pics are kind of blue due to the window color.

Friendly staff but the hotel is a bit old and tired, and is in desperate need of a facelift. Lots of room for improvement.
